At The Polo Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at thepolohub@gmail.com with photos and your order number.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was incorrect or defective.
